Red Velvet Cupcakes


There is nothing healthy about these cupcakes, other than the fact that they were made from scratch and maybe the raspberry on top.

  2. ok, i just actually looked at the recipe and had to comment:

    Paula makes 24 cupcakes and frosts them with:

    1 lb cream cheese
    2 sticks butter
    4 c powdered sugar

    when i make 24 cupcakes (as i used to do in the wild days of my youth), i frost them with:

    1 package cream cheese (i believe the standard is 8 oz, or 1/2 lb)
    about 2 T butter
    1/2 c or so powdered sugar

  3. Yeah I'm definitely going to have to freeze the left over frosting, because the frosting to cupcake ratio right now is at a 1:1
